Injector problems can cause difficult starting, rough running, smoke, power loss, poor fuel economy or rail-pressure faults. Proper testing helps separate injector issues from pump, rail, sensor or wiring problems.
Injector services
- Common rail injector testing
- Injector overhaul and component inspection
- EUI / electronic unit injector testing
- Leak-off and delivery evaluation
- Coding support where applicable
- Nozzle, valve and internal component checks
- Test report support where available
- System diagnosis before injector replacement
Why injector testing matters
A diesel fault code does not automatically mean the injector is defective. Rail pressure, supply pressure, electrical control and mechanical condition can create similar symptoms. Bench testing provides measurable information before major parts are replaced.
