We begin with the symptom, fault codes and circuit behaviour. This approach is especially useful for intermittent faults that disappear when a component is replaced without proving the cause.

What should I send before coming?
Send the truck make, model, year, engine if known, symptoms, dashboard warnings and fault codes. Photos or a short video can also help us prepare.
